Unless we start seeing a lot of videos with consistent patterns/results, I call overhype.
Shaped charges (PG-7) warheads are arguably the most common on the drone battlefield. A remote detonator could have triggered this, as well as a hit from the Russians AK fire (he was trying to shoot it). The odds that even a perfectly aligned PG-7 would hit a soldier in the face at 10 meters distance is just… small. The shaped charge jet will lose accuracy/velocity over distance and even microscopic changes in warhead (explosive filler and liner material consistency) characteristics would impact the direction/power of the charges.
In other words, it works very well at the standoff distance (30cm) during contact detonation, but becomes less predictable at range, and thus less useful for targeting like in this video.
I think we are witnessing a freak incident.
