Even when in complete control of the federal government, the courts, most of the states, Republican voters believe the lie there’s some kind of secret conspiracy that Republican politicians can’t fix. I think it’s only sporting that we should give everybody the benefit of the doubt. I am not normally persuaded by the things that JD Vance says but I think in this instance he offers sound advice when he suggests that his fellow citizens should vote against crazy leadership in Washington.
