One big thing that is a problem for Russia right now is their loss of Starlink. I remember 6 months ago or so, when Russian drones were using Starlink to optically guide drones to hit targets deep within Ukraine. With great latency and clarity. If they can get their Starlink analogue to about 100 in constellation, they can start doing that again to a degree. Not to how they were doing it before, but they’ll start being able to visually guide drones to hit targets 100km inside Ukraine again. Just not at 4k resolution and 60FPS and with worse latency

That doesn’t seem like a Drone it seems like some sort of Russian version of a Spike missile system etc
