Mistakenly deported? It was carefully orchestrated. ICE needs to be reformed

    ‘mistakingly’ deported.

That’s way up there with ‘it’s a prank, bro!’

  4. This administration has tried SO FUCKING HARD to paint this guy as a violent criminal, get him deported and just ruin his life, probably spent several million dollars in legal costs, all for it to be dismissed because it’s baseless. It was such a blatant abuse of power built on lies but the administration could NEVER admit it made a mistake.

I hope Kilmar is able to finally settle down and sue the government to oblivion. He did not deserve to be bullied by whole ass US government.

  5. Wouldn’t this make Abrego eligible for a payout from the $1.776B illegal slush fund?

The Trump Regime went to great lengths to deport him, knowing the whole time that he was here legally. Even after a judge specifically told them they were absolutely forbidden from deporting him. Calling it a “mistake” is really out there.

Abrego-Garcia would be a perfect candidate to receive funds for being wrongly prosecuted and I would support him getting millions. But instead it’s for traitors. Fucking disgusting.

The guy never did anything wrong. No amount of malicious lawfare will change that.

Mistake? On what planet is this a mistake. He was used as a political tool to prove a point that this admin can do whatever the fuck they want to whoever they want.

The “worst of the worst” for sure! How about an apology from Noem?

Why the fuck is AP carrying water for this administration? This was not a mistake. All of this was a deliberate action from the administration. They wanted to ruin his life because they hate him and everyone like him. They sent him to a forced labor torture prison on purpose in direct defiance of an unanimous Supreme Court decision. They have had to walk back everything they levied against him up til now- including this latest false charge they had to drop because of their obvious complete lack of evidence. AP needs to be objective and acknowledge this for what it is. There was no mistake.

  12. Gee I wonder what they’re going to charge him with next. No way they let this drop, they’ve been too hot on his ass to give up now.

Ok Trump DOJ, what’s next for this guy? Murder charges? He’s actually a Cuban spy to double up and help justify the incoming invasion of Cuba? He’s plotting the next assassination attempt of dear leader?

It’s insane watching the federal government try and move heaven and earth for the sole purpose of attempting to ruin this ONE GUYS LIFE. ONE DUDE. How many tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, work hours, time in general have they wasted trying to fuck over this one random man because Trump has probably forbidden them from admitting fault and stopping this.

  14. It’s crazy how there are no consequences for government officials when they commit illegal actions.

“Mistakenly”. No, there was no mistake – it was definitely a deliberate illegal act.

  16. Everyone always talking about Faux news when every other major news group has been sanewashing Republican lies for a century.  AP and NPR are not with us either.

I track people for a living. You don’t accidentally deport the wrong guy. Someone knew.

  18. Gosh. This is shocking. I am so surprised.
Who could *ever* have seen this outcome coming? This [administration has always been so focused on the truth](https://i.imgur.com/ygHHD7z.png), and ensuring that due process is followed at every step of the way. A stunning turn of events I tell you.

  19. Llama_of_the_bahamas on

Insane that the administration is still trying to deport him to Liberia.

  20. This is a guy who deserves some of that 1.8 billion dollar Trump slush fund.

  21. How great would it be if the Democrats fought for his immediate path to citizenship? Why? Because the government was weaponized against him.

  22. noncongruent on

He wasn’t mistakenly deported, he was deliberately deported in violation of a judge’s orders. The administration is only calling it a mistake to avoid court sanctions, at least as long as there are courts that matter in this country.
