This war is so stupid. Before the war they were negotiating about this and close to a deal. Then Israel/US started this shit thinking they can win, achieved exactly 0 strategic goals. Now the US is desperate to get out of this but can’t get the deal they were offered back in February. Iran is saying this for weeks now, first they want to negotiate an actual end of the war on all fronts and only after the war ends will they negotiate the nuclear question. At the same time the US needs a deal on the nuclear front to get out of this, they have been saying the Iran can’t have a nuclear weapon / any enrichment. Can’t sell it as a win walking away without it, even to his own base (he said it already it’s about PR now).
