  3. No testing. No quality control. An unhelpful helpline. No timely communication of the error.

    Yep, sounds about right for computer science!

    So this is a digital exam which children are doing on a computer, and the only way to notify them of an error is via telephone? Even if their computer has no network access, surely invigilators should be receiving notifications? Crazy.
