Because the term “Summer break” is popular to crap on as some still think it’s vacation, just a reminder that they spend a lot of their time back in their community making decisions you don’t like, not just seated in Ottawa.
You can dislike all their decisions, but they do actually end up doing a fair bit of work year round including during the breaks. Again, that work is usually just bad.
