But if I can be afforded one suggestion as country show prize winner for my lamingtons – they should be “cubes”. You would get marked down by a judge for a rectangular one.
The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW guidelines state “maximum size each 55mm cubed”.

Yeah nice, they look outstanding, but I am going to have to taste test one to make sure they are good 🙂

You know you are meant to use the cheap low-quality desiccated coconut, not the high quality dehydrated shavings?
