Good mutual obligations are just punishment for being unemployed atm. They dont work and cost taxpayers 2 billion a year to enforce. That’s all government waste.
Get this, people want a better life. They want to be able to buy nice things, travel home for Xmas or save for a holiday. You dont need to whip them.
