What kind of message does this judgement send to young girls and boys. Did the judge not even consider that?

Feels like the BBC are trying really hard to avoid saying the perpetrators were travellers.
The BBC loves talking about toxic masculinity right up until it might involve calling out the one of the most misogynistic and patriarchal cultures in the UK… then it’s crickets.

The news that there has been a referral to the Court of Appeal is good. I did notice it is only for 2 of the boys and not the third.

Justice for the rich, for everyone else there is only their interpretation of the law.

I mean, ok, yes the decision is terrible, and so was what happened to her, but why is her opinion relevant? Is she a celebrity rape victim that we need to get an interview from on every case now?
