I just had a look round the various stories on the internet about this, and can’t find a list of the 9 countries that left, nor the 9 that remain apart from “Germany and some Nordic countries”. Can anyone point me to a list?

might part of that be one of the major suppliers to the program lying about where they got the ammo from?

I don’t think this is the concern it would have been even a yr ago. Germany, Ukraine and UK are between them manufacturing millions of 155mm shells. Drones have substantially overtaken artillery for many aspects of area denial.
I think once the final million shells are delivered this year the Czech initiative is going to be allowed to die.

They withdrew because they don’t want to be sending the money to Czechia with the new government. They’re still buying ammo, just not funneling the cash to Czechia.

I stand by ukraine, defending their way of life with blood and going through adversity. In any way we are obligated as fellow Europeans to continuously support them as long as this war is going on. I hope they will still have enough ammunition until peace has been established. Money is a small price to pay for the lives that has been lost.
In this day and age it’s sad that war is still common, it’s not about initiating wars anymore to leave your name as successful leader of a country… But rather the ones that will be remembered as remarkable are those that improve the way of life and economy of your own country through peace is what truly matters. Putin is a fool, just like Trump.
