I think people are strongly underestimating (or misunderestimating since it’s Texas) the hate that runs through Texas Republicans’ veins. Trump didn’t hand Democrats anything, and this is all assuming there will be a fair election without votes from certain districts just being discarded. Democrats still need to work very hard if they ever want to flip Texas, and even then it’ll be an uphill battle.
