So Russia is cool with Russian FIs becoming legitimate targets and employees becoming lawful combatants for Ukraine to target?

Cool, let the drones do their thing.

Every bank is going to have an anti-air-cannon and missiles on the roof now. Cashiers operate them. And the matuška cashiers will flash their tits and babuškas their moldy a**es on the roof so the Ukrainians won’t dare blow up the banks.

And the situation in Russia grows a little more dire. Make sure to grab a few shotgun shells for the road on your way out of the office.

  4. People were making fun of Russia for using North Korean soldiers until they managed to win at Kursk, I imagine something similar will happen when it comes to this.

  5. Who owns the banks? This must be a token to appease someone wealthy lol.

Rather useless, but still. I’m sure it’s a very good idea to hand out AKs at banks and have them eyeball drones while magdumping them.

  6. Looks like Cyberpunk was wrong, the first Corpo Wars will happen in Russia and not the US.

Yup, that’s what a winner does, can’t wait for tankies to spin this in a creative way

  8. Fortification works not just against drones (maybe least for that), but also against people and entities, including goverment.

  9. So what does that mean? Russia is sayjng, “youre on your own. Spend your own money to arm yourself.”

  10. Guys, I’m starting to think this 3 days military operation isn’t going according to plan.

  11. Yeah, drone threat… They are gonna take the civilian savings that are left in the system, the arms are to defend from them, not drones…

My partner works at a bank. Would be hilarious (and very deadly for her colleagues) if she would be armed with lethal weapons to defend the workplace

Russia is gearing up for some kind of disaster.  Western governments are preparing for a broad conflict around 2030.  I’m still trying to wrap my head around what the end goal is for Russia.  This cannot possibly end well for them.

  14. I’m all for dunking on Russia, but this is something that Ukraine has been doing for some time now.

Ukraine hasn’t even targetted any financial institutions in Russia.

    Nah… It’s a trick!

The FIs pay to train their employees to handle AA systems, which they will probably do better than the grunts the Russian Army uses because most FI employees can actually read. Then ‘their’ AA systems gets ‘slightly repositioned’ to also cover power substations and factories important for the war effort.

So they’re allowing institutions that manage large quantities of money to also arm themselves and operate semi autonomously from the state….

So how’s the Three Day Special Operation going, *Vlad?* Maybe it’s time to just go home, eh?
