Yes…but if you think Trump has ‘Republican interests at heart’ then you haven’t been paying attention for the past 5 decades or so.
The program was designed that way, that way the Republicans wouldn’t want to kill it. President Biden knew what he was doing, Trump is too stupid to realize President Biden screwed him.
