Strange policy to push electric vehicles, solar & wind, but prohibit mining & manufacturing domestically.
I worked in the wind turbine industry for 8 years & practically everything comes from China & India. A small portion from Europe. Our factory in the USA was reduced down to a service shop. This decline spans 3 presidents.
