Yeah, let’s give up development of any future solution (SAF, electric, hybrid-electric, …) that is not 100% efficient right now.
Just to be sure that it won’t work ever.
Don’t fuck with the av gas!
There’s also no political will aside of nice words since aviation fuel is still heavily subsidized in many parts of the world where high fuel taxes are only applied to fuel of individual road vehicles. Only if airlines had to pay a fair price for fossil fuel including environmental damage we could expect sustainable fuels to succeed.
