It’s a fake trade deal. There is no enforcement of terms. It’s just the Europeans blowing smoke up Donnie’s ass so he can claim a win.

All of these “deals” are just announcements with no actual signed agreement behind them. Sort of like the big Foxconn deal from Trump 1.0
