One of the co-ordinators of a series of anti-immigration protests planned across Australia comes from one of the nation’s wealthiest property development families, it can be revealed.
Hugo Lennon – who goes by the online persona “Auspill” – is encouraging Australians to come out en masse on August 31 in protests to “end mass immigration” – which he says is to blame for the nation’s housing crisis and skills shortage.
However, news.com.au can reveal Mr Lennon is the grandson of Tony Lennon, the former chairman of Perth-based Peet Limited, one of Australia’s largest real estate development companies, worth approximately $800 million.

He’s the number #1 Hypocrite in this country Daddy’s little boy blaming everyone but daddy.
The rich man grabs nine of the biscuits, then turns to the poor man and says “look out, that immigrant wants your biscuit!”
I dont see the problem. If anyone has something to gain from big australia, its him.
that adu guy on twitter/youtube’s mother is the CFO of monash university so both him and auspill are pot calling the kettle black at each other
Putting the country before personal gains is what our politicians should be doing,
Not the hit piece they were going for.
Good on him !! Goes to show that you can have money and privilege and still be concerned about the direction of this country and want to do something about it.
I don’t get it, wouldn’t he be poised to gain a lot from mass immigration? I don’t think this is a gotcha – his family is set to gain a lot from mass immigration yet he is still calling it out as a negative
~Rich man isn’t a money grubbing arsehole~
How is that a bad thing?
1%ers White national privilege on a public career of grift.
Bit of a tenuous link. How many generations do we have to go before you’re dissociated from your ancestors ‘politically.’
