Trump has crushed offshore wind plans, but states haven’t quite given up hope. State leaders face a dilemma: Do they pull the plug on offshore wind? Or do they double down, in hopes of helping the industry rebound after Trump leaves office? “The self-destruction is beyond our scope of imagination.”

  1. People miss the intent. It isn’t about wind energy. It’s about trump throwing his weight around because he can and make it hard for anybody to do anything about it. It’s about winning pure and simple. A bully tactic.

Why is nobody asking the question of why Trump vilifies wind in Democratic states but is leaving the Virginia offshore wind project alone?

Why is nobody ever asking this clown the hard questions, like why there’s still a war in the Ukraine when he said he’d end it day 1, or why grocery prices are higher when he promised to fix that day 1, or why we’re still paying top dollar for gas – you get the drift. It’s time to start pressing these fools on the platform they ran on.
