In case my other comment got removed for formatting🙄 now i see whats got the sad lump of cheeto dusts panties in a twist about portland.
Have a council meeting and add if there are gross violations , frequent violations or use detrimental to the the community immediate evacuation and seizure of the premises can take place, in other words “YOU’RE EVICTED”. Throw the mushroom brigade out of Portland
Heh, and this is why previous administrations didn’t do stuff like this; getting into a p!ssing match with local government is a sure-fire way to galvanize opposition to whatever you are doing.

If the ICE facility gets shut down, the military will also have to move.
Imagine explaining to future historians that ICE lost to city paperwork.
If they pull the conditional use permit, that will close the place. No permit to operate.
