  1. I like presidents who don’t struggle with stairs. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

  2. The scary thing is that Trump, arguably the most powerful person in the world, appears to be *actually* demented. Like, clinically.

I mean, holy shit, he needs to be removed before he drags us into civil war or launches WWIII. It’s literally a no-brainer.

  3. This might be an example of, “Be careful what you wish for”, because Vance might be who the Heritage Foundation actually wants in charge…

  4. I wish this guy could gain more popularity traction. Everything he says is no bullshit, and 110% on point, and true. He’s an actual self-made millionaire to boot, he started as working class and made something of himself. So he actually understands what most Americans go though.

Unlike the spoiled, orange pedophile who’s had everything handed to him in life.

Trump is cooking up two wars, or at least significant bombing campaigns. They are moving support aircraft into the Middle East for possible strikes against Iran. Then we have the regime change operation getting ready to kick off in Venezuela. There is a possibility of boots on the ground in Venezuela. Trump needs to be removed before he can act on these issues.

  6. About f*king time.

I saw Trump’s speech to the generals. Old man is mentally falling apart, talking about “the nuclear”, and his 2 N-words… gramps is gone.

Time to remove and have VP Vance take over.

  7. Trump is *very obviously* unfit and it’s evident every time he talks or makes a social media post.

  8. RoseCityHooligan on

Republicans would use AI videos of Trump for months after he kicks the bucket to keep their base from splintering.

He could strip naked and throw his diaper at the press pool while shouting about not being drafted into Vietnam and they would see no need to invoke the 25tg.

  9. Fun fact: it’s harder to remove a president from office (except temporarily) using the 25th Amendment than the impeachment process. The impeachment process requires a simple majority vote in the House; whereas, the 25th amendment requires a 2/3 vote in *both* houses.

Wish I could express the words I want to say right now. You might get the picture.

  11. TRUMP. NEEDS. TO. BE. GONE.
so tired of all this shit day in and day out. Everyday is just a new level of madness and childish bullshit. Any other President would have been walked out the second they started stupid shit like he does and no other President had 34 felonies either. He shouldn’t be in office.

  12. The only thing that will get us out of this is a general strike. The billionaire class won’t handle losing money on his behalf. The problem is the strike must last longer than the benefits Trump is giving them through deregulation and kickbacks/bribes.

Pritzker is telling it like it is. Trump is clearly unfit – mentally, physically, and morally. He can’t even lead his own party. They have all three branches and the government is still shutting down.

  14. So then what? We get stuck with JD? Is that really any better? I mean, Project 2025 literally has that outlined as their goal.

Agreed, but good luck with that. We still have a long way to fall into fascism before the populace – especially the really dumb ones that identify as conservatives – is in enough pain to stop tolerating Trump’s dismantling of democracy.

And by then, there’s a very good chance that all respectable military and federal law enforcement leadership will be Proud Boys or similar racist, fascism-loving lickers of Trump’s asshole and won’t do anything about it.

Newsom is great with the tweets but I’ve been saying that once Pritzker is in the spotlight he’s going to seem like the adult in the room.

  17. I was thinking this morning of writing my local reps to express my disgust that they continue to play along in this charade, arguing about the substance of the Fat Orange Rapist’s latest outrage instead of spending *every waking minute* working the system to get the 25th invoked on him.

Sadly wont ever happen because his mob of criminals are al in it with him.

We need to military to defend America from its enemies that are domestic

I’m afraid of this. If Trump is removed we’ll end up with people who are just as malicious but far less inept.

We all are calling for this…who is going to carry it out? And who is going to back the decision with force if necessary? And how can we Constitutionally structure our government beyond that so this situation we’re in never happens again? (Eg this includes reform for all three branches)

Trump isn’t the entire problem here…just as confederacy was not the full problem over a century ago. We need to complete what Lincoln started with reconstruction

  21. I almost think that we need to start using AI to combat this presidency.

    No, hear me out.

Let’s start using AI to have Biden and/or Obama say all of the things Trump does. We’ll duplicate his speeches, swap far right/far left etc. We can also either do tweets from them them as well or make actual speeches of the tweets. We’ll replace trans with homeschooled or gun owners and things like that.

We make a whole alternate version of current events where it’s Obama/Biden parroting exactly what Trump is saying but towards the republican base. Then we do the switcho changwo and make it clear that it’s Trump doing and saying all of those things.

I mean, I know in reality that it likely not only wouldn’t help, it would probably make things worse. However, it’s an interesting thought experiment.

In the end, I think it all boils down to “You can’t reason someone out of a position they didn’t reason themselves into.” If we can’t reason with them, what other options do we have?

  22. We need them all to start saying it out loud and backing up words with legislative action.

  23. TheOriginalJellyfish on

Trump will never be removed unless he’s in a persistent and permanent vegetative state. Even if the cabinet votes the president out, if they don’t go willingly, a 2/3 vote in a combined Senate and House is required. The 25th Amendment needs a literally brain dead president to function.

  24. rainshowers_5_peace on

It won’t happen. The only ones in the cabinet smart enough to realize how terrible and dangerous this is are Vance and Rubio.

Vance and every Republican politician know that if they try to remove Trump his voters will end their jobs if not their lives.

  25. Where are all those hardcore 2A peeps with all their bravado about standing up against unconstitutional tyranny?

  26. The fact that if anyone asks for examples and you can just gesture broadly is the tell.

On the other side of it for those who oppose-how bad does it have to get before it’s reasonable?

  27. 25th removal is harder than impeachment and there’s plenty to impeach for. And yet..

  28. AcanthisittaNo6653 on

The generals had an opportunity to remove trump from power yesterday but didn’t. That’s because we are a democracy, not a dictatorship. Not yet..
