Did we ever find out what the kid with the trans roommate believed in politics-wise? The Groyper stuff seemed like a huge reach to me, but nothing came out that he was liberal right?
It’s because Christian nationalists only have one goal: genocide against trans people. They would rather have dead people than trans people, as they find trans people sinners that must be punished beyond redemption, as God’s will states, in their eyes.

And yes the Republicans (not just MAGA) stop talking about political violence as soon as they can’t deny the killer is MAGA. Note I say deny. They damn well knew the Trump shooters were right wing but as long as they could deny it they kept at it.
After each shooting, The National Organization of Women is like, “Of course it’s another man,” and the NAACP is like, “Of course it’s another white person,” and dolphins are like, “Of course it’s another human,” and nihilists are like, “Of course it’s someone with beliefs,” and quadriplegics are like, “Of course it’s one of those savages with fully-functional limbs.”
And let’s be serious, having a trans roomate didn’t raise him in a culture of guns with little value for other people’s lives. His maga parents did that.

Look how quiet things get when the shooter is presumably Maga. It will be framed as a “lone gunman” “no connections to any group”. White nationalists have been “lone gunmen” for decades.
You see this in copaganda as well. Long running cop shows will face off against “eco terrorists” several times or even as recurring antagonists, but right wing terrorists are always considered disgruntled loners with limited connections. Often times when there’s public protests by left wing groups the copoganda shows will have episodes where left winger terrorist show up because they are part of the problem of associated the left with every violent action and ignoring every violent action by the right.
And this happened in Nazi Germany. Jewish owned “moderate” newspapers would lamabast progressives for protests that became violent and completely not report when Nazis murdered people in the street because they didn’t want to seem “biased” against the right.

Yup exactly. The media went on for days and days about the horrific murder of an alt-right podcaster, but when something equally horrific happens during a church service, they stop writing about it as soon as they realize the act was committed by a Trump supporter.

The Trump Administration is actively concealing from the American people the rise in far right white supremacist violence and the fact that the Christian Nationalist MAGA movement is a white supremacist movement.
They only latch onto what they think will support their false narrative.
