Can someone ELI5 to a brit which Republicans are preventing this and why? They have a majority across both houses so there must be some Republicans holding this back for a reason.
Will the US government shutdown halt or slow down incoming international mail?
Will this affect customs when international mail enters the US? Currently overseas and I needed to send some very urgent documents back to the US, I was going to use DHL express.
