No shit. The face of their immigration crackdown was based on a mountain of lies. Then tried repeatedly to ignore due process to hide that fact.

Of course they did this to be vindictive. Cruelty, vindictiveness and scapegoating are the central focus of this ~~administration~~ regime.

What judge? The same judge who denied the guy his deportation stay?
    Also, what “vindictive reasons”?

    > The judge overseeing his criminal prosecution argued that the government likely brought the case against him for “vindictive” reasons and will hear more evidence before reaching a final decision on whether to dismiss it altogether.

Argued to who? It’s the *judge*, they make the decision.

  5. Of course he did. Trump acts like a little B*tch all the time. He’s the most petty vengeful human alive. It’s probably the felon and rapist in him.

It was more than obvious it was for vindictive reasons. You don’t say “it was a mistake” then turn around and quadruple triple down on he’s a terrorist piece of shit that needs to be deported. He just made them look as stupid and incompetent as they are and they don’t like that.
