    It’s gonna get real wild on the other side of all this. The military takes care of its own which means there’s gonna be some discharges if it’s determined the chain of command was broken. And based on the silent generals meeting with Pete “cry baby bitch” Hegseth they don’t have the manpower to replace the number of people they’d have to remove to get the military on their side.

    Can anyone clarify this? I know that Trump is commander in chief but since the National Guard is state based and the court says that it is an illegal action why Governor Newsom doesn’t tell them not to obey President’s order?

    I wonder how the Republican congresspeople are going to spin this straight up illegal action. We are quickly entering into territory i seriously wonder if we will be able to recover from. He is just going to keep pushing through the barriers we have in place. His aggression feels full on Hitler right now. At some point soon action of some type will have to happen to save us all from this insanity.

    Defying the federal court is the bigger implication here. National guard from California is unlikely to be on board with this unconstitutional stupid use of their time and taxpayer money. This is Project 2025 authors seeing how much they can defy the judiciary.

    The governor of Oregon needs to deploy her national guard to the border of the state and refuse to allow access. This is a move towards civil war.

    The National Guard is now complicit in completing illegal orders. Every serviceman is taught there is an obligation to disobey an illegal order and these Guardsmen have shown they will break the law at the command of the President of the United States.

    Since the judge ruled Trump cannot federalize these Guardsman, doesn’t that mean they are CA Guard and Newsom can order them back?

    If they refuse, doesn’t that mean CA could charge them with being AWOL?

    Aren’t there state crimes being committed here, either in Oregon or from California?

    Forgetting he was stripped of the power to utilize the California national guard in a previous ruling.

    I’ve said this before, and I will say this again.

    The military is not on your side. The military will side with Trump.

    Ask yourself this: If the military were going to disobey Trump’s orders, why didn’t they do so several cities ago? They are *already* performing operations in US cities, against US citizens and lawful residents. Why haven’t they already refused? Are there a certain number of illegal orders that must be given, violations of the Constitution, or minimum number of cities that must be occupied before they finally decide to act?

    If they were going to refuse, they’d have already done so by now.

    I don’t see how this is defying the federal court. There was an order from a Portland, Oregon federal judge prohibiting Trump using Oregon state National Guard.

    Of all Trump has done this is truly a line that is very scary. Literally defying a court order. Blue states need to withhold money pronto. I say this as someone living in a red state
