Judge Karin Immergut (Trump appointed) held a hearing tonight and issued a 2nd TRO in the Oregon v. Trump case, barring the Trump administration from sending **ANY** National Guard federalized under 10 U.S.C. 12406 to Oregon from **ANY** state or D.C.
For the same reasons that she barred the Trump administration from using the Oregon National Guard – The President’s determination of the use of these forces ignores the facts on the ground and is untethered to reality.

These are the acts of defiance that matter imo. This judge could’ve cared more about her own well-being and made up some wild reasoning as to why it’s ok.
She’s stepping in front of an entire corrupt admin that has no issue riling their base up to threaten violence on their behalf.
I want dem politicians off their ass and drawing attention to this tomorrow. Get In front of every camera and explain what this admin is doing.
Other judges need to know people still care about the rule of law, checks and balances, etc.

There is never any punishment for Trump as he continues to break the law and do things that are illegal and unconstitutional. He will keep doing illegal things unless he is removed.

Now that he can’t send the national guard, will he just follow through with his threat to send the 82nd Airborne? Sending the national guard is on the edge, but sending actual army troops should be a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.
