    TLDR:

    * The home of a South Carolina judge who recently ruled against President Trump burned to the ground on Saturday, Oct. 4
    * Judge Diane Goodstein was out walking her dogs at the time of the blaze, but three people were hospitalized with injuries, including her husband, a former state senator
    * The South Carolina chief justice told a local news outlet that the fire appeared to be caused by an “explosion,” though officials are unsure whether it was accidental or arson

Whether it was arson hasn’t been confirmed (but it was probably arson). Still wouldn’t be quick to start with the accusations until it’s clear if someone did it, who it was, and why.

I am going to go with arson. Is this a far right tactic? It’s extremely violent. I predict more, the Oregon judge better beef up her security.

Bomb fragments found with “ANTI-JUDGE” written in Sharpie alongside a note reading “I, the guilty trans arsonist, call on my Antifa gang to attack innocent conservatives”.

  5. Same people who were lynching folks last century. It’s a club and we aren’t in it. Our lives and property are meaningless to them. They don’t care if we’re all dead horribly and they won’t snitch on each other.

They will victim blame and live long enough to die of alcoholism.

Just three weeks ago these were the people talking about how much they hate political violence…

  7. “fire appeared to have been caused by “an explosion,” though officials were unsure if it was accidental or arson.”

I’m sure they will eventually say the IED that caused the explosion, tripped and exploded itself…

We have a word for groups who use violence and threats of violence to achieve political aims. I can’t quite recall, but give me a minute… it’ll come to me.

  9. When a suspect is eventually found and turns out to be a card-carrying MAGA zealot, conservative media will paint him (because yes, it’ll be a white guy) as a patriot. Every podcaster rushing to fill the void left by Charlie will excuse his behavior and come up with hundreds of hours of content that’s just reasons as to why he actually did a good thing. There will be GoFundMe accounts set up for his legal defense which will pull in millions of dollars. He’ll be the right’s next Kyle Rittenhouse.

  10. Son and dog severely injured, and teh arsonist murdered the family pets — a cat and dog.
