The militant arm of a Christo-fascist movement attacked a *checks notes* white Quaker/Protestant/Evangelical man that preaches in a Presbyterian setting? I thought ICE only went after extreme criminal immigrants that were in this country illegally. Explain this one away.

  2. There are going to be so many lawsuits against the government in the coming years, is there any way they can pass a law to hang that cost on the Trump library

“Allegedly,” shouldn’t exist in journalism. It means never having to cite claims. Always attribute.

    Fucking “allegedly?!” THERE’S VIDEO

  4. Funny how you can have a clear video of him being shot but it’s somehow “alleged”.

You are not a real Christian if you approve of what Trump is doing. You can’t vote for Trump and celebrate Christmas. You can’t vote for Trump and say you’re going to get to heaven. It doesn’t work like that.

Wasn’t that attempted murder? Chicago* PD needs to arrest the perp.

    *Broadview PD?

I am not a lawyer, but seems pretty straightforward civil rights violation:

    1) Man says a thing.
    2) Gov agent fires at man from a rooftop position where there is no conceivable danger to the gov agent.

I mean, it isn’t free speech if gov thugs can snipe you from rooftops for daring to say something they don’t like.

  8. Oh look, they shot at a white, Christian man. Fascists will eventually come for everyone, not just the brown people. They always have to have an enemy, and theyll just pick whichever one is there at the time if needed.

I cant wait for this to get to get to the Supreme Court, and I hope that they bring up his free excercise of his faith in addition to the free speech and peaceful assembly implications, because I cant wait to see how the Conservative Justices twist themselves into knots to justify it.

His congregation, First Presbyterian Church of Chicago, is a PC(USA) congregation dedicated to social justice and supporting marginalized communities. I know because I happen to be a Presbyterian pastor in Missouri (who is tired of all this BS)

The church is welcoming and affirming of all people. Everyone, regardless of background or identity, is invited to participate in worship, community, and service.

If you want to be part of a faith community that emphasizes both thoughtful worship and meaningful action in the world, this is a place to experience both.
