  1. If prosecuting Ice agents isn’t your position,  you don’t get my vote.  The harsher the penalties the better.

  2. Hey, you *do* something. Don’t just *talk* about it. If you have grounds to file state charges you can do that *right now* and state convictions *can’t* be given a presidential pardon.

Talk but no action is just posturing.

Give ’em hell, JB! Even without ID, *somebody* rented those cars with the license plates in the videos.

And even if this goes nowhere, I think I can speak on behalf of many of my neighbors when I say Chicago will never forgive or forget what ICE is doing here.

Fucking have State Police arrest them. Stop waiting. Do what Trump does. Do it, then let them go to court while those fuckers sit in jail.

  5. Trump can pardon all of them all he wants. That isn’t going to stop states from filing state charges for violating the laws of their state. Please!!!!

  6. Cool JB, now fucking do it, instead of just talking about it. Every day that no action is taken, more innocent people suffer at the hands of ICE.

  7. *Someone* needs to hold ICE agents accountable for their assaults on peaceful protestors. Hopefully, he will have them prosecuted.

  8. Prosecute them. Dissolve their lease on their facility. They’ve been using it to conduct activities outside the scope of their mission and oppress normal, everyday Americans.

    Fight back!!!

  9. It’s ironic.

Crime WAS going down across America, until ICE showed up.

Now it’s a wave of __ICE crime__. Everywhere you look, ICE agents are committing crimes against innocent residents. ICE is making America more dangerous for everyone.

  10. This is going to be an unfortunate but necessary step in pushing back on fascism. Charge ICE agents with violating state law so that federal pardons are not applicable. Then put them in state prison.

States would be within their rights to do this and it could effectively curb some of the worst incursions we’re seeing. However, it is inevitably going to provoke a violent confrontation somewhere. Agents on both sides are armed, and they’re both being told they have the authority…even if in ICE’s case it isn’t true.

Federal Law enforcement are not immune to state laws.

    Make laws, enforce the laws.
