“Funds at investment firms including BlackRock, Fidelity and Pimco are heavily invested in Argentina, as are investors who worked with Mr. Bessent when he was an investor for George Soros.” Source NYT.
Here’s the reality. A bunch of hedge fund bros and billionaires, get to stabilize their investment. If it works out they will make a lot of money. If it doesn’t work out then the American taxpayer is left with a bunch of worthless Argentine Pesos. Oh well 🤷🏻♂️.
