…for Trump, of course. Always projection with Republicans. Every accusation is a confession.

    >**Davis, a Republican**,has previously been convicted of forgery and other offenses in Florida and Colorado…

As if there was ever any doubt.

  3. In the past in Colorado, the penalty is you can’t vote in any election for 10 years or so. The legislature in Colorado may have changed the penalty for this kind of fraud.

My daughter living in Denver moved just before the election and her previous landlord had it returned to sender. The state texted her to get to her new county and vote. She did and her vote was counted though the vote may have provisional for a while. New county was Arapahoe.

Mail in voting is great though I usually drop it off at a ballot drop off location.

  4. What’s the difference between this woman and previous cases…

    # This Woman:

A Minnesota woman who illegally cast her dead mother’s ballot for Donald Trump in the 2024 election was sentenced in October 2025. In addition to supervised probation and a fine, she was ordered to write a 10-page essay on the importance of voting.

    # Other Women:

    Crystal Mason (Texas)

    * **The case:** Mason was on supervised release for a federal tax fraud conviction when she cast a provisional ballot in the 2016 election. She said she was unaware that her felony status made her ineligible to vote under Texas law. Her ballot was ultimately not counted.
    * **Conviction and sentence:** In 2018, Mason was sentenced to five years in prison for illegal voting.
    * **Overturned conviction:** On appeal in March 2024, the Texas Second Court of Appeals acquitted Mason, ruling that there was insufficient evidence to prove she had known her vote was illegal beyond a reasonable doubt.
    * **Ongoing legal fight:** Following her acquittal, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office announced it would ask the state’s highest criminal court to reverse the decision. Mason and her attorneys, including the ACLU of Texas, continue to fight the prosecution.

    Pamela Moses (Tennessee)

    * **The case:** In 2022, Pamela Moses, a Black woman in Tennessee, was sentenced to six years in prison after trying to register to vote while on probation for a felony.
    * **Overturned conviction:** Her conviction was later overturned. [*The Guardian*](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2024/jun/10/crystal-mason-voting-intimidation) reported that this happened after government documents, which had not been disclosed to her defense, were published.

    Jacqueline Dianne Wallace (Florida)

    * **The case:** In May 2025, Jacqueline Dianne Wallace, a Jamaican citizen, was arrested in Florida on federal charges for illegally registering and voting in the 2024 Florida presidential primary. Prosecutors allege she made a false claim of U.S. citizenship to register online.
    * **Possible sentence:** If convicted, Wallace faces up to five years in prison and would be subject to removal from the United States.

  5. WTF – a republican guilty of voter fraud, I thought it was only antifa terrorists who committed such crimes!

  6. Only case of voter fraud I personally know is my father in law living in CA for 20 years, but still voting in FL. You can guess who he votes for an the ‘news’ network he obsesses over

  7. I know no one is surprised she’s a Republican, but this is a perfect example of the Republican/MAGA mindset. This is a group of people who cannot fathom anyone thinking differently than themselves, and when they do encounter people who think differently, it is akin to blasphemy. This is why there is so much bigotry on the right.

But it also explains these types of actions. Every accusation is a confession because they know how they would act in the situation and can’t imagine the “other side” acting any differently. When they scream voter fraud when they lose, it’s because they would commit voter fraud for their candidate to win. When they scream that BLM and No Kings protestors are violent and burning down cities, it’s because they would do that if they were “protesting” (we saw it first hand on J6).

You can’t reason with them or call out the hypocrisy because, in their minds, the ends justify the means and if they’re committing crimes, it’s only because that’s what the other side must be doing—after all, that’s what Fox News said.

  8. I can know for certainty, without even opening up the link that she is in fact, a member of the Republican Party 🤣

Does the Davis clan exclusively consist of the worst type of buttfuckers or are Kim and this lady Trump-lovin’ exceptions?
