According to ICE own claim their agent has to be The Flash and Deadshot combined. Holstered his gun, but also managed to unholster, aim, and fire at the victim. All this while managing to dodge the car.
Sounds more like he never holstered it and kept his aim on the victim the entire time. Then did a South Park with “It’s coming right at us” despite the victim actively avoiding to hit the officer.
