So just show up and start doing the job. If they don’t want to follow the norms and rules of our government, you don’t have to either.

In my humble opinion, she is far too nice. I’d be outside Johnson’s office everyday. I’d show up to those daily press conferences, and I’d be obnoxious and passionate as hell until they folded.

  3. Speaker Johnson during shutdown: “We want incoming representatives to experience the full ceremony of the Oath ceremony, as it is a glorious tradition befitting the position.”

Speaker Johnson after the shutdown: “Yeah, just stop by my office and we can do it after lunch. Or, know what: if you want to do it on a Zoom Tuesday morning, I think I can wiggle out of meetings….”

Man those files must be ridiculous. I want this to be the intro from Inception where the whole world collapses and all the fkers are scrambling to get out with the goods. Cept in this case they don’t.

  6. He will swear her in when there’s another Republican he can swear in so that will nullify her Epstein file vote. Gotta protect the pedos.

  7. I just don’t understand how a dipshit from Louisiana is able to prevent citizens of Arizona from having Congressional representation.

  8. Any resident’s in the Tennessee’s 7th congressional district please vote for Aftyn Behn (D). Early voting starts mid-November and of course on December 2nd. This seat could cancel out her vote if it stays Republican.

    Edit: a word

  9. Think of the glorious precedent , any Democratic house Speaker can now take their sweet sweet time in seating any Republican congressperson up to and including six weeks and counting.

He will swear her in soon.

Tennessee just had a special election and of course elected a Republican, so that cancels out her vote.

  11. Everyday they don’t seat her sets precedent for what Democrats can do when they re-take the house. I don’t think Jeffries would do this, but I hope he considers it.
