Draining the swamp.
Presidential pardons need some limits. How about anyone involved financially or politically with the president requires a congressional approval. A blackout period of no pardons starting two weeks before an election and only available to the winner upon taking office.
All he does is use the power of the presidency to make billions and do favors for his billionaire buddies.

The Trump regime is plagued by rampant cronyism, corruption and favoritism. Loyalty is a priority in Trump’s circle and plays a major role in securing power and influence within his administration. Trump has issued pardons to domestic extremists, his corrupt lackeys and co-conspirators; signaling to his supporters and political allies that they can commit crimes with impunity.

This is so amazing. The investigation of these men began in Trump’s first term, Trump pardons these men whose houses were raided when Trump was in office, men whose case was investigated by a judge appointed by Trump during his first term. And yet it appears that Trump tries to blame it all on Biden.
