I stopped drinking coffee because of the tariffs. It was on my list of things to get rid of and it happened to be tariffed. But this won’t do much because these businesses need to now pay for *everything else* at an inflated rate they won’t be able to drop prices when their profitability analysis comes back.
We’re much more screwed than anyone realizes when we’re only starting to feel the effects of the latest round of tariffs in August. We’re only living with the relatively small January-April tariffs up until now. Feel like everyone is forgetting the worst of it was slow walked with delays and it takes a few months for the imported goods to work their way through the supply chains.
