  1. They need to be abolished, and the thugs who harass, abuse and kidnap people must be prosecuted.

Well, generally speaking, most people aren’t going to stand for masked terrorists abducting and deporting people without due process and holding their children hostage to flush them out. If they do, they’re probably soulless sociopaths.

Majority of Americans don’t like tariffs. Majority of Americans don’t like ICE tactics (denying constitutional rights, detaining Americans, unlawful use of force, etc) majority of Americans don’t like the administration threatening allies, destroying the east wing, pardoning open fraud, having a president who was good friends with a sex-trafficker, is a sexual predator, has a white supremacist as deputy chief of staff, supports Christian Nationalist to the detriment of the separation of church and state, and tried to overthrow a democratic election.

  4. It doesn’t matter what you think about it.  It matters what you do about it.
Punish Republicans, by hitting them where it hurts.

Vote for Democrats, Vote for America

  5. How do we know that ICE isn’t going after the truly dangerous gangs?

No one is shooting at them! Gangs are often better armed than the cops. The fact that we haven’t seen dozens of shootouts with ICE proves they are only arresting harmless construction workers, and nannies, gardeners, ag workers, and housekeeping workers.

THEY ARE ONLY ARRESTING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT DANGEROUS.

A majority of Americans voted for ICE to operate this way, while an even larger majority stayed home hoping to watch it on their phones.

And, knowing ICE, they take that as a threat and will use it as further justification to attack people indiscriminately. Softer than Charmin.

Who cares what the surveys and polls say? It’s just meaningless numbers to them. Never once has an article about this really changed anything.

We should be planning the next step of action.

ICE needs to be completely dismantled and an investigation conducted against each and every individual who took part in any “raid”.

We need immigration enforcement but not this. Build something better, conduct actual background checks, and hold each officer accountable for their treatment of human beings.

  10. No shit. Current ICE policy is anti-American in every way. They do not represent the altruistic will of the American people that make us proud to lead the world.

  11. Of course, nobody wants our neighbors, families and friends being terrorized, assaulted and disappeared. It is sickening.
These guys are such imbeciles they actually thought people would be cool with this. Wake up!

For those who use LinkedIn and see the ICE recruitment ads, you can absolutely report those ads for being “Dangerous or extremist organizations”.

I haven’t seen one since reporting it with this category.

I fully support catching and deporting illegals. But I do not trust the government to do it without violating citizens’ rights.

It’s like the death penalty – good in theory, but .gov is going to fuck it up

    > Most Americans, 55 percent say ICE sometimes or often arrests U.S. citizens and immigrants who are authorized to live in the U.S.
Sixty-one percent say immigration authorities arrest those who have not committed any immigration or customs violations.

It kinda bothers me that we even do opinion polling on things like this that are empirical factual claims. It is indisputable that ICE has arrested citizens and people with legal rights to be here. It is a fact that they have arrested people who haven’t broken any laws.

  15. ICE has been transformed in to a domestic terrorist organization. Communities are being terrorized by a domestic government agency.
