I’m not a conspiracy theorist by nature but from my perspective, it seems that Epstein was trying to leverage his relationship with Trump to avoid jail. Was hoping for a pardon or excile-in-favor situation and believed he had leverage to get out of this at the time of his death.

I was in the “maybe he killed himself” camp until the emails and other documents got released. He had dirt on everyone. Even if he couldn’t get a pardon from Trump, there was a good chance he’d be able to pressure the right people. I’m more convinced than either that he was either murdered, or they used a decoy and he’s still alive.

A reminder for everyone, when the FBI raided Epstein’s island, there was actually footage of the raid. A channel on YT which may or may not be compromised today named Rusty Shackleford had for a long time prior been flying drones over the island, and was posting videos. During the footage uploaded of the FBI raid, when they were in the main house, they noticed his drone there, and actively covered up the windows the drone was trying to look into (not like a peeper, like from above) obscuring the actions of the agents inside. Trump only needed 1 or 2 agents in his pocket to secure any dirt about him they found and destroy it. There was or is 100% video proof of Trumps actions, but wether its in a state we can ever access it is impossible to say now.
