This is significant. It’s much harder for Trump to maintain a grip as a lame duck with a low rating. Though of course most of the base is still with him

There’s no low for Trump…

Inflation – Up
Prices – Up
Jobs – down
Debt – Up
This is not winning. Regardless of how much the trumpers would like to think it is.

38%… that’s actually getting interesting after months of it hovering in the low 40s. I’ve said in the past that 37% would be the “break glass” moment for the GOP. I might get to see if I was right.

How is it still that high? What brain-dead morons still think this guy is doing a good job?

Trump doesn’t even give a shit anymore. Not about his legacy. Not about MAGA. Not about the GOP. He’s a lame duck president that’s milking his presidency for every penny that he can extract while still in office. That’s all he cares about.

38% so not a new low

Absolutely incredible that almost 40% of the country is just so locked into his “own the libs” mentality that they will support him / MAGA no matter how bad their own lives get. Poor people getting cut off from their own food stamps, cheering because others also got cut off.. What has this country come to lol

Every time I see a post about Trump’s approval rating falling to a new low, I open the article and it’s 38%. I don’t think I have ever seen a different DJT approval rating

That is still about 38% higher than it should be.

Best thing he could do at this point is stop the whole tariff thing. Get back to normal free trade in North America at the minimum. Absolutely absurd to be in a trade war with a country like Canada that has all the resources the USA needs.

A 38% approval with cost-of-living frustration and bipartisan pressure on the Epstein files… this is probably the first real stress test of Trump’s second term.
He really doesn’t give a shit .. got out of prison and making billions and installing his pawns everywhere for another steal
He is 79 and dying .. dangerous

And he just gave the Saudis tech and weapons systems so he can build his bullshit there. And they won’t care because they know he’ll just go bankrupt quickly anyway.

So the real question is if Trump politically bites it and lacks the wherewithal to somehow install himself by proxy or vouch for JD enough to get him elected in 2028….would anyone honestly prefer Massie?
Because Thomas Massie made himself the presumptive GOP nominee today by being the sole GOP original sponsor of the Epstein bill and, while admittedly celebrating today’s absurdities, one must ask themselves if that is good or bad.
Trump was just successfully conquered from the RIGHT. These were not Republicans who had a moral come-to-Jesus, these defections from the party line were mostly driven by the fact that elected GOP legislators determined that their fortunes were more driven by people who thought Pizzagate was real than by the moderate center.
Just because you agree with the outcome, that does not exonerate anyone from examining the actual reasons for the outcome. Just because someone agrees with the release of Epstein files does not, prima facie, make them your friend.

43% approval, 54 % disapproval. Not exactly Earth shattering. Gotta use a conglomerate, can’t trust one poll.
