I’ve seen a lot of clips today of republicans flipping out. Every single one misquoting the democrats, conveniently leaving out the word “illegal” orders. All they’re doing is proving Trump will absolutely be giving the military illegal orders, and will absolutely dishonorably discharge anyone who dares to refuse his orders. Trump said he is the law. The Supreme Court gave him immunity to all crimes related to his job. This makes him actually believe he can’t do anything illegal, therefore his orders will always be legal.
How long until he orders the execution of someone? All he needs to do is word it in a way that it’s related to his job. There’s a reason he uses the “treason” and “terrorism” terms for everything that offends him.

If we ever get the fascists out of power, Donald Trump’s entire second term needs to be declared illegitimate. His pardons invalidated, and his co-conspirators tried for their crimes against the people of the United States.
He wasn’t eligible for office in the first place.

The real question is what do they know that we don’t know. They almost certainly have military sources telling them what’s going on at the Pentagon and it sure as hell sounds like Trump is planning some sort of military operation in the US(or possibly abroad but the message they put out specifically mentioned not following illegal orders in the US).
