So she decided she rather go to prison than uphold the laws and constitution of the United States, got it

Noem made decision to break the law and illegally ignore a court order concerning El Salvador deportation flights. FTFY

I’m glad that the person responsible for the violation of a judicial order has been identified. When a lawful administration comes to power I expect their violations of the law to be addressed.

What would the punishment be? Trump would simply tell the DoJ not to prosecute.

We have a broken government and this administration has shed light on exactly where the flaws are.

  5. Even if charged, Trump will pardon her. The corruption of the GOP House, Senate and Executive branches is pretty complete. If we can save the integrity of the vote, America might not become a despot nation.

There’s not enough popcorn in the world when we prosecute her and the rest of the Administration. We should throw Eric in there for shits and giggles.

May everyone else working in the administration pay attention to how the bus runeth thee over. It’s going to take time, we we’ll be coming for you. It’s not because we are corrupt. It’s because we are a country of laws. Pete, nice work murdering people. I hope the pruno will get you by in prison. Do the right things or we’ll come for you.

Good. When Dems are back in control, we can make sure that she goes to prison for it.

  9. I look forward to one day knowing she is safely spending the rest of her life in spandau ii.

  10. It’s okay for ‘us’ to break the law, say conservatives. It’s only bad when ‘they’ break the law, they continue – gesturing broadly at just about every non-white person on earth.

OK, so she defied a judges ruling and broke the law. How come the US Marshal service hasn’t arrested her for contempt of court yet?

  12. This administration is willingly breaking the law and pardoning people who have committed real crimes while targeting perceived political enemies with toothless accusations. The insanity has to end.

  13. And when Dems get the house back it will he multi-year investigations that go nowhere for optics. I am tired of this timeline.

  14. In any other timeline she’d be arrested on the spot. Of course in any other timeline we wouldn’t have gotten to this point

  15. The Nuremberg trials for her and the entire Nazi administration.

    Fuck this illegitimate administration.

  16. The judge should order a manifest of the passengers and order Noem to their office. Incarcerate her until every passenger is able to come into that judges office. Stuff will get real, fast.

  17. People ask, ‘What illegal orders?” and this is exactly what the Senators meant, orders that are clearly illegal because a Federal judge made the law clear.

  18. It’s so fucked up that each and every one of these people are going to not just get a pardon to avoid criminal trials, but have the rest of their lives enjoying taxpayer benefits.

Anyone who is even remotely surprised that this administration has, yet again, blatantly ignored judicial orders must be they type of person who is simply flabbergasted each morning when they see the sun rise.
