A lot of Costco prices remained the same even with the tariffs. So I don’t necessarily think they took advantage of it like a lot of the other douchebag companies.

I buy stuff for the government with tax dollars. I pay the tariffs, an American tax, with American tax dollars. We are now paying tens or hundreds-of-thousands of dollars in tariffs alone on single items (usually specialized equipment). Literally using tax dollars to pay more taxes. It is killing budgets and a useless waste.

If the judges are weighing if the economic consequences are too severe to rule against the tariff won’t the ongoing litigation make it easier for them to just throw up their hands and side with Trump.
Especially when they know there is little chance of them ever getting a refund regardless.
