That isn’t a thing that can be done in the US and there is no mechanism to do so, Once a presidential pardon is accepted it’s “done” as in the person has been forgiven forever as far as federal charges go anyway.
There is no “reverse pardon form” in the presidents desk and it is simply impossible to undo.
