  1. Doesn’t this just set the standard for a future president to do the same thing to him and his gang?

He must have posted this without a lawyer in the room because once standards are set upcoming presidents always abuse the new powers. lol

  2. It’s shameful that news outlets haven’t learned the lesson that Trump has, that Trump can say a lot of things, but it only matters what he actually does. Until Trump tries to reverse these orders it’s just infrastructure week, it won’t happen. They still write about every rambling pipe dream as if it was policy.

The irony that Trump thinks a statement made on social media is an official act but Biden (and apparently *only* Biden) using the autopen makes his acts unofficial is way too hilarious.

Amazing how he always discovers brand-new constitutional powers that nobody else can see.

  5. He doesn’t have the Constitution given power to do this. He might as well pretend to declare an 8th day of the week. Epstein. Remember the White House. Demand due process. No kings!

  6. I hope every J6er is sweating right now. If this gets upheld and Democrats take power, this is the first thing I will demand.

  7. At this point I feel like I’m just listening to my racist grandfather talking gibberish from his Lazy-Boy.

  8. The constitution doesn’t require pardons be in writing…so nice try. This is all chest thumping.

  9. Presidents can terminate the pardons and EOs of former presidents now?

You haven’t thought this through, Pedo Piggy.

  10. Man I hope someone does the same for the drug dealers and Charlatans he’s been pardoning left and right.

  11. Again, his Made-Up Reality.

There is nothing in the law or the constitution that would allow pardons to be ‘reversed’. Any attempt to prosecute for pardoned charges would be thrown out.

That being said, this does appear to be a post law, post democracy government. So the law and constitution don’t appear to apply to anything anymore.

There is no legal basis for this, and Trump keeps claiming he “doesn’t know anything about” so many of those *HE* have pardoned.

  13. No legal basis for this BUT we are expected also to see a social media post as being authoritative and legally binding? The tangerine turd tower has fully lost it. Damn idiot.

  14. He intended to charge all of the January 6th committee and Hunter Biden. The pardons , which people gave Biden shit for, is the only reason those people haven’t been perp walked by the FBI and Doj.

He wants to further whitewash January 6

  15. We need to blast his use of autopen. Can you believe Trump uses autopen?
    Trump uses autopen.
Does Trump use autopen? Yes, Trump uses autopen.
Has Trump ever bragged about something true? Only to Jeffrey Epstein.

So J6er are back on the menu? by the looks of it they can’t help but commit more crimes. John Steward did a bit.

  17. Specialist-Bug1592 on

J6ers should be nervous about this. That means their pardons could be terminated by the next President.

  18. This is just bait for his MAGA moron supporters so they can add it or their imaginary list of Trump’s achievements and look forward to things that will never happen

Like… Conviction of Fauci for supposed “crimes”.. $2000 tariff checks… $5000 DOGE checks… Lowering of grocery prices… Well paid manufacturing jobs returning to their states.. etc. etc.

  19. Someone explain why Biden surrendered the office of presidency to this man when he was commander in chief.

He really thinks he has some sort of ‘superpower’ that makes anything he says somehow become reality.

He thinks that way probably because all his cult-members just nod their head to anything he says.
