If enough veterans come forward and say soldiers would get prison over this, midterms could shift towards democrats if there’s no impeachment.

I just told my US Government Class that if they have evidence that he made those orders (a violation of the Laws of War) then it’s quite possibly an impeachable offense. Good to know that my instincts on these things are accurate.
Now will they get votes to make it happen? Lets how far the negative this admin is on Political Capital.
