Dogs were also used by the SS to terrorize concentration camp prisoners.

Similar reasons for why Japanese soldiers committed such haneous and cruel acts against their captives in WWII. They believed anyone who they could defeat was subhuman, and they treated them as such.
This is just going to keep getting worse until these monsters get what they deserve.

I want congress to pass a law after the criminals are voted out allowing victims to sue these assholes for damages in civil court.

Total tangent, but I met someone once, really weird guy, who soon after meeting me told me about how his father had participated in the summary execution of concentration camp guards while liberating one in WWII (that’s a war crime of course, which I pointed out). Again, really weird guy.
