I always check prices and take pictures when I go shopping. The last time I was at the store I saw the following…
The eggs we buy are up $0.70 since election day.
The milk we buy is up $0.20 since election day.
The bread we buy is the same prices as election day. It hasn’t gone down. (But good luck finding a BOGO.)
Additionally, I track the price of gas. Gas has consistently been higher since election day. Consistently. It has never been as cheap as it was on election day.
