  1. With Epstein looming, the economy faltering, and the Obamacare credits expiring, the timing is certainly dubious.

  2. Absolute layup for Biden squandered. Now Trump gets to be the legal weed president. Ofc his reasoning isn’t that he cares, it’s that he’s gonna cash in on it. It’s a lucrative industry.

  3. Can we trade M4A for a simple Exile of Trump and his cabinet?.

He gives us M4A and we let him leave, to Russia.

“Fuck, they’re really, really releasing the files now. Fuck! I know! I’ll schedule pot. They’ll all forget the whole Epstein thing!”

  5. Maybe I’ll earn the money back I invested when Biden was looking into it… Glad I held on at least all these years and wish I was investing more the past few just haven’t had the money to. Womp womp.

  6. I refuse to read the article and assume that he’s going to just reclassify it as a weapon of mass destruction, or something.

  7. Biden Administration was responsible for submission to reclassify marijuana from Schedule 1 that includes heroin to a lesser schedule for some medicinal usage.

Not “legalized”, not Trump, and not going to change the fact Trump raped girls.

  8. How long until trump makes his own weed farm and then sign an executive order only the government can sell legal weed and forces prisoners to work on it and grifts that way /hj

He realized that weed doesn’t belong to one political party when his followers got angy abt it and now hes like “wait I could capitalise on this” like. He never does things just to do them. There’s always a bigger reason or a slippery slope. Maybe this is seeing how he can control drugs in general and ban people’s adhd medication down the line by classifying it as a hard drug. :/ i know rfk was talking abt that, and as someone who GENUINELY needs my high dosage of adhd meds to function (which i had to test for. It’s severe for me and i genuinely need it, or i wouldn’t be able to have it prescribed) I do not trust that this is merely only a distraction or a small grift. He times things like this to double as those, sure, but I think hes testing his powers when it comes to how he can criminalize drugs and possibly hurt disabled and sick people down the line with this power.

I mean, they already have the FDA considering putting their highest warning on the covid vaccine now.

I bet somehow this is gonna end up at the supreme court too and they will rule he can ban or unban whatever drug he wants, or regulate how much can be in the country or something to create shortages and have prices skyrocket.. People losing insurance will already hurt their ability to get drugs they need for their health, but he still will try to hurt people who have insurance despite that. Especially people who are disabled, mentally ill, or sick in general.

I dunno. I’m not saying this is absolutely how it will go, but with the patterns of trump doing something small or odd or somewhat big but confusing to us or seemingly performative, it has turned out to be a stepping stone for a power grab or bigger setup for oppression down the line.

    I don’t trust his intentions.

  9. Yay! More insider trading and ass hattery from the Klown Kar!!!
And from a guy who said he’d never do this and hated weed.

  10. >The [Washington Post first reported Thursday](https://wapo.st/3YnglSZ) that Trump was expected to use an executive order to instruct federal agencies to reclassify marijuana as a less-regulated Schedule III drug from a Schedule I. Axios [**reported that the potential reclassification of marijuana**](https://www.axios.com/2025/12/12/trump-marijuana-federal-restrictions-reclassify) **— out of a group that includes heroin** and into a lower tier of less dangerous drugs, such as steroids and Tylenol with codeine — would take place early next year.

How insane is it that weed is in the same category as **heroin**.

  11. Oh the polls are that bad now he’s gonna play the pot card?

Frankly, it’s transparent and pathetic vote grabbing. Republicans have opposed legalization every step of the way but now it’s ok.

You have to pray the American public is smart enough to see through this. The election result in Miami has them shook.

  12. It’s not legalizing it. It’s making the federal penalties for having weed be less strict. I doubt Trump and the GOP are going to be the ones to legalize it after banning THC products.

  13. [I wonder how this squares with the recently passed funding bill that is now law.](https://www.akerman.com/en/perspectives/congress-enacts-sweeping-recriminalization-of-hemp-derived-thc-products-in-federal-spending-bill-ending-government-shutdown.html)

    ________________________________________

The legislation revises the core definition of “hemp” under federal law. Beginning one year from enactment, hemp will only be federally legal if it contains:

No more than 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container
(a shift from the prior 0.3% delta-9 THC dry weight standard)

No cannabinoids—regardless of concentration—that are synthesized or manufactured outside the cannabis plant

No cannabinoids with “similar effects (or marketed as having similar effects)” to THC
    (as determined by HHS)

Importantly, “total THC” now includes delta-8, delta-10, other isomers, and any other intoxicating cannabinoids, whether naturally occurring or artificially derived.

This language closely mirrors prior proposals championed by Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) and supported by anti-legalization advocacy groups such as Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM) and, notably, major alcohol industry trade associations and several regulated cannabis trade organizations.

He has either decided to make it like, death penalty illegal, or has found a way to profit off of it.

I would love it if they finally kicked the marijuana political football to the curb and moved on.

I’m still going to burn an effigy of Trump when he dies and keep voting anti-Republican forever though.

Get the nation high so they won’t care about the Epstein documents, losing their job, losing their rights, and the litany of illegal shit this admin is doing. That’s how I see it.

  17. Not to worry, ‘stoners’ won’t fall for this in terms of flipping. We loves stress free life and well trump is not that, no matter how many cherries he places of the ice cream Sunday of lies!!!

This has got to be another scam. It’ll turn out that Jared owns a cannabis farm or Don Jr is releasing a range of edibles.
