Small towns already struggle to attract doctors; now add a massive, arbitrary financial barrier for the very physicians willing to work there. It’s a policy that hurts the most vulnerable patients to make a political point about immigration. Rural hospitals can’t run on patriotism alone.

Well they are not going to need those doctors anymore because come Jan 1 their are going to be far less people engaging in the healthcare system outside of the emergency room because people can’t afford it.
It is going to be a cascade disaster. When the ACA goes away the hospitals get less money, so they pass that extra cost down to everyone who is paying, so they have to pay more, causing more people to cancel their coverage. The cycle will continue.
These hospitals, now with less money will no longer exist. But the first thing that is going to happen is they are immediately in anticipation of this change will lay off staff. Firing more people at the same time. Well guess what, people who are laid off need to get employment to get health care.
Do you see how this is a fucking disaster?
The only way to do health care is M4A. You put everyone in one giant pool and the more people in that pool the cheaper it is for everyone. Then you kick the pharmaceutical industry in the teeth and tell them we are now going to negotiate prices and you are going to like it period.
I’m tired of these middle men stealing money from the health care, because every 100 dollars you spend on your health care 50 dollars .goes to fraud waste and abuse.
