  1. > Bongino has faced increasing internal criticism for “his lack of understanding of how things work,” an FBI source told Salon.

  2. If they leave soon I hope they partner up on a podcast – that way I can ignore just he one and not have to avoid two

  3. Sounds like the shithead that’s next in line isn’t much better.

    >According to FBI sources who spoke to Salon, Andrew Bailey, who until recently was Missouri’s attorney general, is favored to take over the role of FBI director “probably around the first of the year.”

    >Bailey is viewed positively by MAGA insiders and reportedly has the backing of Sen. Josh Hawley, the influential Missouri Republican. Democrats say that he has no FBI experience and is motivated by politics.

  4. Not surprised. Theses picks were always about loyalty, not competence. You can’t run serious institutions like podcast or a campaign rally

  5. One of you should define “soon”, because I don’t think it means what you think it means.

  6. “press X to doubt” Kash has not caused enough trouble for Trump to offset his slavish devotion to the Orange One.

Remember when nobody outside of the DC wonks would know or care who the director of the FBI was?

It’s a predictable shell game. They’ll all get swapped out as soon as they are taking on too much heat, with replacements that carry on the same exact mission.

  9. **Watch what they do, not what they say.** I want action not talk. That goes for news, politicians and anyone else.

  10. They will be replaced with someone who will more effectively weaponize the FBI against antifa and other invented enemies.

Imagine how fucking horrible you have to be at your job to lose it in this administration before Pete Hegseth.

Sure. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Trump’s 2nd admin is all about deliberately tanking America by filling every post of power with bootlickers, lackeys, and completely unqualified goons. The more blatant damage they do to confidence in America as a legitimate power, both at home and abroad, the longer they stay in their position.

Hegseth is proof positive of this. He’s doing EXACTLY what Project 2025 has him in there to do.

  13. I love how with this administration it’s not a sigh of relief but “oh god who will they nominate next?”

  14. I have a theory that every time we see one of these leaks, it’s actually coming from the person who is in danger.

Because then Trump sees it, and can’t ever allow his enemies to perceive that they caused him to change course, and so he doubles down.

That’s why it was several months before that idiot in the Signal scandal got “moved” to an ambassadorship. They had to can him, not for stupidity – but for leaking to the press. But Trump can’t give a “win”

So when I see these articles, I automatically assume it’s to defend their position.
