Erm… at one point, they were going with “the files don’t exist”.

We’ve already established this administration routinely lies about everything.

    >Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on Thursday released a 14-minute video explaining what Americans can expect if the Department of Justice (DOJ) does or does not disclose all of its information on the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on its Friday deadline.

    >“Let’s start with how will you know if they have released all the materials,” Massie said. “Well, one of the ways we’ll know is there are people who have covered this case for years and I’ve talked to them in private and they know what some of the material is that’s back there.”

    >Massie said he has spoken with the victims’ lawyers “and collectively they know there are at least 20 names of men who are accused of sex crimes in the possession of the FBI,” he continued, referring to witness testimony given to FBI agents.

    >“If we get a large production on Dec. 19 and it does not contain a single name of any male who is accused of a sex crime or sex trafficking or rape or any of these things, then we know they haven’t produced all the documents,” Massie said. “It’s that simple.”

    >The Epstein Files Transparency Act also requires Attorney General Pam Bondi to comply with the law in releasing all the material in the DOJ’s possession. If she does not, Massie said her successor in President Trump’s or in a future administration must comply with the law and release all the files.

    >“It’s unique, it’s different than if it were a subpoena,” Massie said, later adding to this point that there is no “expiration date” to the law.

“This sets up an interesting situation because when they produce these materials, what we’re going to find out is they are in possession of evidence that other men may have been guilty,” Massie said. “And it’s going to be credible evidence because there’s going to be, I believe, multiple corroborating witnesses, i.e. the victims who’ve given statements, and those are in the possession of the FBI.”

    >“Again, we’ll know if they’re giving us all those documents if they produce documents that have names of men on them,” he continued. “So, let’s see what happens Friday.”

I genuinely do not like Thomas Massie’s political or moral stance and I disagree with him on nearly every single thing he has ever championed or run on as a politician.

But I can’t help cheer the absolute fuck out of this guy right now.

Don’t stop. Get it, get it.

  4. No it won’t. They have had control of that shit for so long now that the files have been completely scrubbed of anything incriminating.

  5. They’ve all been lying the whole time. They know there will be no consequences, because no one can investigate them, no one can impeach them, and if something does happen, criminal-in-chief will pardon them.

It’s going to show who will go to prison for Trump, And who’s gonna throw him under the bus before he does them.

  7. Massie’s whole argument is basically: iif this release doesn’t include any names of rich or powerful men connected to Epstein or evidence of cover ups, then the DOJ hasn’t actually complied with the law and has been sitting on something. That’s why he’s saying it’ll show whether AG Bondi or others were blocking stuff politically or protecting insiders.

  8. So are we going to see “sleepy joe” “Barack Hussein Obama” written in sharpie 19 times in this release?

  9. Epstein obviously documented everything. It’s easy bargaining chips for him. There is certainly either photos or videos of cp involving Trump. Epstein would be stupid not to record it. Bill Gates?? Noam Chomsky? That’s insane, so yeah take pictures of it all so you have something on these incredibly powerful/wealthy people.

  10. They were chosen for their position solely based on their loyalty to Trump. They knew going in their soul was sold.
